Order Processing:

Your order will be confirmed and prepared for shipping upon successful verification via SMS, phone, and/or email.

Shipping Costs:

Costs are clearly outlined at checkout and may vary based on location, product size/weight, and shipping method.

Delivery Estimates:

We provide estimated delivery times; however, please understand that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays that occur to your shipment and will not hold responsibility. You cannot cancel a delayed order or ask for a refund.

Order Tracking:

You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order ships.

Acceptance of Delivery:

Inspect your items upon delivery. By signing for them, you acknowledge receipt in good condition and forfeit eligibility for any returns or refunds. Any product defects caused by the client after delivery and signature should be addressed by our maintenance team.

Storage Fees:

If delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability of the recipient, a daily storage fee of 0.5% of the invoice value will apply after 14 days.

Damage and Returns:

We are not liable for damage during shipping. For incorrect or defective items, contact us immediately for a return or exchange. Refused deliveries without valid reason will incur return shipping costs.
