Refund Policies
The customer has the right to request the refund of products within 7 days from the date of receipt
The customer must keep the delivery receipt.
Stovia will accept refunds if the following conditions are met:
The packaging of the products should remain intact, and all product accessories must be retained.
Products that do not meet the specifications advertised by the store may be eligible for return.
The customer shall not use the products or derive any benefit from them prior to return.
The products must be free from any damage or defects after being received from the shipping company.
In cases where the product has manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired, the return policy will apply.
Products that are custom-manufactured, modified, or equipped according to customer specifications cannot be returned unless they do not meet the required specifications or have manufacturing defects.
Stovia products cannot be returned in the following cases:
Products that have been installed at the customer's site and cannot be restored to their original condition before sale.
Products that are missing original tags, accessories, packaging, or any related components.
Any use, installation, or damage to the products, or if they are not in the condition they were in when received by the customer.
Requests for return submitted more than 7 days after the product was received.
If the return is due to the customer's reason and we did not find product defect, the customer will be responsible for all costs of returning and shipping the product.
If the return request is approved, the store will refund the product price to the customer within 7 working days from the date of approval.
The shipping fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount before it is issued to the customer.
Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected. If the product does not match the provided images by client or shows signs of use, no refund will be issued, and the product will be returned to the customer with shipping fees applied.
