Making Our Own Lemon Detox Drink

Lemon detox diet is the newest diet that takes over the popular Hollywood crowd today. In just two short weeks, many Hollywood elite can lose weight as much as 12-20 pounds. In this diet there are enough nutrients to keep you energized. In addition to it, the diet is yet enough to cleanse our body from unwanted toxins. If you want to start jumping immediately your metabolism then the lemon detox drink may be for you.

To make your own lemon detox drink you will need 8 oz of ice cold water, 1/2 of a medium to large sized Lemon freshly squeezed, 2 tablespoons of 100% Pure Maple Syrup, a pinch of ground Cayenne Pepper or ground Ginger, drinking Glass and spoon. To make the drink, into a drinking glass, fill it with 4 oz of very cold water. Squeeze the juice of a half lemon into similar glass but avoiding the seeds and pulp. Now you can add 2 table spoon of maple syrup. Next you can add a pinch of ground ginger or cayenne pepper to your drinking glass. Stir it well with your spoon, add another 4 oz of very cold water then stir again. To get the best result you need to drink this detox mixture at least 6-8 times a day for 7-14 days to get the maximum result of weight loss.

How to Start Healthy Yin and Yang Diet

Balancing energy is part of balancing diet in addition to easting from all of seven food groups.
